Good Neighbor Contract

Welcome to the City of South Lake Tahoe — and thank you for choosing to stay at Pine Haven Tahoe.

The City of South Lake Tahoe requires that every guest staying in a VHR acknowledge the rules below. By signing electronically, you confirm you have read and agree to abide by them for the duration of your stay at 1201 Glenwood Way, South Lake Tahoe, California 96150.

1. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons at all times. Up to 4 children 13 or under do not count toward this limit.
2. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
3. No outdoor spa or hot tub use after 10 pm or before 8 am.
4. No outdoor amplified music or noise after 10 pm or before 8 am.
5. Park only on paved surfaces. No parking on unpaved areas or neighbors' property without permission.
6. No commercial vehicles parked on the property for more than 4 hours.
7. No camping or sleeping in tents, trailers, campers, or RVs.
8. Trash and recycling must be stored in the bear box outside until Tuesday trash day.
9. Trash day is every Tuesday. The bear box latches when you turn the silver tab — don't force it past.

Violations of any of these conditions may result in citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation, issued by the City of South Lake Tahoe to both the responsible occupant and the property owner.
